We offer a simple 2-day replacement policy for eligible products.

Eligible Replacement Cases

Customers may request a replacement if:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective

Replacement Conditions

  • Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Product photos or unboxing video may be required

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement is not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size/color selected by customer
  • Used or damaged products after delivery

Replacement depends on seller approval and product stock availability.
