By selling on LocalBazar.in, sellers agree to the following terms.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:
- Provide genuine products
- Maintain correct stock and pricing
- Pack products properly
- Deliver products on time
- Accept valid replacement requests
Restricted Products
Sellers are not allowed to sell:
- Alcohol
- Tobacco
- Illegal products
- Adult items
- Counterfeit items
- Unauthorized medicines
- Weapons
Seller Approval
All sellers are manually reviewed and approved before selling on the platform.
Policy Violations
LocalBazar reserves the right to suspend or remove sellers involved in:
- Fraud
- Fake products
- Repeated customer complaints
- Policy violations
Commercial Terms
Commercial and operational arrangements between LocalBazar and sellers are handled separately.
